After i've done a software restore with pc companion the batery don't charge with usb cable or with the battery charger... I don't know what to do... Just i Unplug the cable the phon shut down.....

can you borrow the battery from someone or from a store where they sell the Arc, that way you'll know if the problem is the battery or something else

I' ve tried with 2 cable and 2 battery charger....
that's quite odd, did you dropped it, or did you put a lot of pressure on the USB connector? you might have to send it to SE repair center

this are long shots but turn off the phone and then connect it to your computer and wall charger, what happen? does the LED light turn on?
take the battery out -> press and hold the power button for few seconds -> put the battery back on -> connect it to your computer and wall charger, does the LED light turn on?

There are no problem with led... the led i s red like "0%" but the battery indicator indicates that the cable is plugged i.... only thingh is that i can't charge it... it stands on 0% battery and if disconnect the cable it shut power down....
did you flashed your phone from 2.3.4 to 2.3.2 back to 2.3.4? (using flashtool or wotanserver, etc)?

No... i' ve tried any time to find a process to flash my phone but I can't unlock the bootloader so I've haven't done the flash... the only thing i've done is the root permission but I've use it for a long time without problem.....
you don't have to unlock your phone to flash it, does your computer recognize your phone ?

Yes the telephone is recognised like Lt15 and pC companion says that there are no upgrade to do... the build is 4.0.2.A.0.42... I' really don't know what to do...
