Backup/Restore problem with 4.3

Guys i have a problem !

Before update I did a backup of one application with Backup&store preinstalled app to SD card

After update when a try to make a restore of that app using the new Backup&store from Sony a receive the message that restore can not be realised because there is a different android version

What should i do now?

Is there an app which can restore these kind of backup's ?

If you had the backup file you could have done something,but like that I do not think you can.I always advice people to backup using either PC companion,or for contacts,messages etc myphone explorer.

I still have backup file bunt cant opent it, its on sd card.

Its good now, only left to somehow fix top 1cm of screen that dont respond to touch and ill be satisfied with this phone

Well,that might be hardware issue,you should visit a sony centre for a quick check.
