Hello. I´ve recently bought a new set of headphones called Klipsch Image S4A. They are specifically made for Android mobile phones. They seem to work on every type of phone exept on my Xperia Arc. It says that this accessory lacks support or something like that. I´ve contacted Klipsch support and they told me that I might need an adaptor for my phone in order for the headphones to work. My question is: where can I find this adaptor and is it necesarry to get one or will there be some sort of update where I wont need to use one anymore? I cannot find this adaptor anywhere on your website.
