Xperia m5 Charging Cannot Full Problem

Dear All,

I just hold my xperia m5 dual since beginning november.

Every time i charge, it can charge quickly but once reach 91% it takes hours to 100% even 2 hours, so totally takes 4-5 hours, i already use original charger either 850 mA or 1500 mA.

I had bring my phone to the service center, but that still happen.

Does anyone have the same issue with me?

@Zain92, Thanks for the information.

Are you charging the phone using a computer or a wall socket? If you are using a computer, please try charging the phone using the original Sony charger that was included with your phone and a wall socket.

If one of your friends, colleagues or family members have an Xperia device you can also ask them if you can borrow their charger and try charging your phone and see if the charging time decreases and that it charges to full.

Have you tried any of the troubleshooting in this thread? For example, charging your phone while it's powered off or rebooted in safe mode?

Hi @timaizat, sorry to hear about that.

4 hours and 10 minutes is what is specificed for a full charge using a wall socket and when the phone is powered off, using the original charger and cable that was included together with your phone.

This is according to the specificiations in the envoirmental document.

How long does it take for you to charge your phone from 0% to 100% when it is powered off?
