Xperia M Dual Battery drains and phone does not starts

i have sony xperia m c2004, my phone is charged but even then when in switch it on by pressing the power button the phone is showing phone is discharged symbol and screen get off when in plug it in charging only red light comes and when i press the power button it shows battery discharged and screen goes off and again red light comes and if by chance the phone starts the battery drains from 70% to 0% in few minutes

please help me.

Open your SIM tray cover and find a small yellow button, use a non-sharp tool to press it until you feel a vibration. Then connect your phone to a charger and leave it charging for 2-3 hours then try to start it again.

If the phone still fails to start, this might be an issue with your battery and you'll need to contact your Local support to get it inspected by a professional.

i cant find any button under sim slot1 and sim slot two is not opening

I'm sorry I forgot that your phone has a removable battery. Just remove the battery for 10 seconds then insert it back, and leave it on a charger for 2-3 hours.

i am charging it but still only red light is coming and what should i do after charging it for 2-3 hours.

After 2-3 hours try to start it normally, if it doesn't start then this would indicate a faulty battery and you should try to buy a replacement.
