sony xperia m c1904 (single sim)imei null

I rooted my sony xperia m c1904 and i upgraded it to android kitkat (4.4.4 )
and then by mistake i flashed a wrong boot.img on my phone using flashtool....
my phone got bricked . I restored the back up ( of kitkat 4.4.4).
It's working now . But it's not detecting the sim card ..I checked IMEI no. Then it's showing null.
Service menu , engineer mode are also not working .
Please help.

Which FTF file did you use?
What was the build number?

I  flashed the stock rom ...but now the screen is blank. 

Only the sony logo appeared and i cant even see the boot animation now...it' blank.

what was the build version of stock rom and from where did you download it?
Also, turn your phone off by pulling the battery, then reinserting it after 20 sec.
open flash tool (Updated to the latest version), then connect your off phone in fastboot(keep pressing the volume down key and simultaneously connect to the usb.
Did the red and green light blink once?

and yes red and green lights blinked.

i re-inserted the battery after 2 min . It's still blank.

And uninstall the previous version of flash tool.

Download the latest version from here.

And remember, after flashing, first boot will take some time.

facing the same issue.

IMEI - unknown

Able to fastboot the machine and install the latest CM11 but IMEI is now unknown.

In order to do a flashboot when I power off the phone and connect it to the usb while pressing the power down key, the light blinks... laptop starts installing the driver but then it fails to install the driver... "SOMC flash driver failed to install" due to which I am not able to perform Flashboot.

Kindly advise.
