problem with earphone jack.

Hi friends I am facing the problem with my earphone Jack. Whenever I am trying to to plugin the earphone still the sound comes from mobile's speakers. Please tell me what should I do. Plz reply fast.

Try settings-apps-all-smart connect,force stop and clear data.If not working,try to clean the 3.5mm input with a soft cloth or an ear tip.
