Problems with GPS funkcion.

Hi, XPERIA M4 AQUA to which I constantly fall out GPS signals. Setting up sites I manage, I tried several times to factory settings, I contacted the support but nothing has changed. Someone knows what to do? Perhaps it would help any updates. Thank you for your help.

Few other things to try

boot on safe mode

http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008

if that doesn't work then try reinstalling the latest software with PCC

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

Hi, I need advice on my Xperia M4 Aqua not working GPS function. I point settings for high accuracy, even though I have a GPS signal is very weak or no. What about it? We know of any program to support GPS, or the chance that there will be an update to fix this error ?? I tried to restart, safe mode, return to the factory settings and still unchanged.. 😞

Please can somebody help me with this problem.
The phone is not even a month old, and ever since I bought it the gps does not work AT ALL.

The phone works perfectly fine in every other way accept for the gps.

It does not work at all when I use Google maps (or any other navigation apps). Why is this an issue for this phone? Some people say that it's a software problem, some say it's a hardware problem.

Can someone please point me in the right direction to fix this issue?? The only other option I have is to get a different smartphone.

HELP!!!

I've figured out that my problem was that I had a cover on my M4. The moment I took the cover off and restarted my navigation app (Google maps) it works perfectly fine.

It is then definitely a hardware issue. So if you have a cover try removing it when using any navigation app.
