Do you have Microphone noise suppression enabled - Settings / Call settings then scroll to the bottom

I have microphone noise suppression enabled and am also having the same issue

Disable it - That's probably why you are both having issues

Yeah I have the same issue, it's basically useless as a phone, can only use it for internet and stuff. Well, that was to be expected, i guess. It's shocking how there are no microphone settings apart from the one mentioned above. We should be able to control its volume at least, as we do with the speaker.

I got it fixed...!! I just tear down the bottom sticker with the sticky layer... and, the microphone was working more fine...

I have got the same problem.  Can you explain how you actually fixed yours.  What bottom sticker are you referring to?  I need to use my M2 as a'phone for work and the muffled microphone is a real problem.  Thanks

The bottom of the phone contains microphone & speaker holes... Which was covered by a NETTED&PATTERN-TYPE plastic layer & nylon layer... It's just a sticker... Tear down all the layers beneath that plastic layer... After that the holes of mic & loudspeaker are visible... Try this, it might work...
