Insufficient storage; (I have sufficient storage)!!!

I'm trying to download apps from Google Play, and am constantly faced with the pop up message:

"Insufficient storage

This device doesn't have enough space to download "APP NAME". 

Consider deleteing apps or content that you no longer need and try again."

Frustratingly though, I have over 403MB of space available on internal memory and have moved literally everything that I can do onto the SD Card. 

I've restarted, cleared caches, etc. How can I solve this error? Nothing will install anymore!

I think I am going to consider Wileyfox as the next phone. Approximately same price, more memory. Possibly better specs in general. It is clear to me that Sony just can't cut it. Very slow with android updates and does not react to user requests such as addressing the memory issue.

I have a Sony M4 Aqua with only my school app, instagram, snapchat, whatsapp, the write app: Keep and Bitmoji.

I have a SD card and i transferred instagram and snapchat into it. But those apps still take a lot of space on my intern memory, Snapchat takes even 2,25 GB and that's 1/4 part of my memory! There is no way I have to remove the app because it takes a lot of space, that's not my fault, but the fault of giving out a smartphone with 8GB intern memory of which 4 GB is already taken by Android. I have a lot of apps that I can't remove but I never use. I have a lot of apps that need to be updated to fix some bugs I experience myself, but I just can't do that, because the only part that takes a lot of space are the apps I use daily.

I only have 25,54MB over on my phone...

Is there any solution to this problem, because I'm slowly hating my smartphone and if there is no solution I will just jump into another smartphone brand because getting a new Sony smartphone after the previous one was in internal memory isn't logical.

I have a subscription, I pay the price of the phone seperated into 24 months, in May I can go and buy another subscription for my phone. If buying a 16GB version is the only thing that can solve the problem, then Sony has the most bad service ever. Giving out a smartphone which even can't handle what the most people want to use it for, social media and taking photo's and pictures. I suppose I just spent my money on junk for 2 years? Well, I think that I go with the Blackberry DTEK60 then in May.

It's all about marketing from Sony.
If Sony make 16gb storage for all Xperia M4 Aqua variants model E2303, E2353, E2333 & E2313 its will be perfect device.
That's mean Xperia M5 will falling down or many customers will buy M4 Aqua than M5.

The solution is you can enable adoptable storage on Xperia M4 Aqua in Android Marshmallow.
You can find in YouTube tutorial video how they enable it.
Many M4 Aqua user make it.
So far there's still no problem but make sure your
buy High quality class and Hyper speed SD card.

Yeah just like that mate, so Sony did a job with the M4 no space for yr basic apps with all the users complaining right! U telling me firstly I must just buy another phone, secondly & most importantly I must buy another Xperia just a later model right?
