My Z5 wont charge. I've done the reset- Ive disconnceted and re coneced the battery, and done the reset thing with the button next to the sim, then i bought a brand new battery - it turned on and worked but would not charge!!! How to I fix the component of the phone that allows it to charge the battery. The bit the charger plugs into is resposive, and it registers that there is a cable inseted it just turns to the xperia screen and constantly goes into a loop where it doesnt work or charge or respone as per usual. HELP HELP HELP!!!
