Would anyone coul help me, why mya fingerprint sensor doesn't work when I replaced to new battery?

If you started to experience this behaviour after the battery had been changed at an authorized service centre, I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a new repair for you as the device will need to be examined by a trained technician.
If you have any questions regarding warranty, local service routines and so forth, they will gladly assist you with this as well.
