Z5 Premium Shuts off when slightly shaken

Hello,

I noticed my phone shutting off when I shake it or drop it softly on my bed. Is this software or hardware related? If anyone has had this issue, then please advise.

@Shane63 Shuts off or restarts? If it restarts, you could check for a faulty SIM first.

It's my problem too, the phone turns off. I turn it on again but is stays on ONLY when it's horizontal, the moment I turn it around vertically, it shuts off. It doesn't have a SIM, and I already reset it to factory settings; the problem remained.

The worst part is that the phone's warranty is over so none of the techs here dares to open the phone to repair it, or at least tell me what is wrong wrong with it because it's such an expensive and rare model. Is the display? The motherboard? The software? The gyroscope? Please give me a clue, maybe I can convince someone here to repair it, since Sony doesn't want anything to do with it now that there isn't a warranty anymore.
