Z5 Compact WiFi & Bluetooth won't connect

My three-month old phone now won't connect to either WiFi or Bluetooth when previously it was working fine.

I've re-started, soft-booted and run in safe mode, to no avail. Running a diagnostic check on both tells me they are both working.

I tried a software repair via the Xperia Companion but got a 'software repair error' (UEGetPhoneInfoFailure).

What next?

Sorry to hear about this 

With all that you have tried I would suggest getting in contact with your Local support as it sounds like they are going to have to assist in arranging an assessment and repair for your handset.
