Athew days ago my z3 started freezing up, the screen freezes then has grey bars come down it from top to bottom,it then slowly dulls to black.
the screen itself is still responsive along with the power button and volume buttons.
I am able to restart the phone by holding the power point and touching where the power or restart would have been on the screen.
the phone restarts and once again freezes with grey bars and slowly dulls.
ive done this over and over frot the last 3 days and im really frustrated as I need my phone for work.
I need someone to get back to me ASAP,
