Z5 charging issue..

Hey..  My z5 stopped charging tried diff chargers including orignal but wont seem to work.. Red light comes on but when wony logo shows it goes away n then it shows a red battery but wont charge.. I tried the power and volume button..  Disnt work.. I tried charging it over night..  Didnt work either.. I some how managed to get it working in the past but i updated the phone and after that it just wont charge.. Red light shows phone responds but it doesnt charge.. And laptop does not recognise the device either

I'm sorry to hear that.

If you have already tried to force restart your device by holding volume up and the on/off button simultaneously, charging your device using different chargers, tried to do asoftware repair using Xperia Companion and you are still experiencing the same behavior when trying to charge your device. I would recommend that you contact you Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
