My Z5 bought in December 2016 and already present many anomalies, was sent to the workshop 3 weeks ago; Back, some major problems persist, especially the cam that makes lamentable photos. I asked for the change of the Z5, Sony replied that it would be necessary to send it for a complete technical examination. But a few days later, I received an email telling me that the repair was a bit longer, I Answered that I did not want the repair but exchange the phone, and the same evening, another mail informed me that my Z5 was being sent back to my home. I replied that I would not receive the package, and Indeed, the phone showed up and it is still waiting in a relay. I got screwed up and I think I made a bad deal.
