Z3 Screen Replacement Cost

Please could you tell me how much a scream replacement would be for my Z3 compact tablet, my son uses it a lot, also can you tell me why the Z3 wont tell me the phone number or the ime number, It also wont let me use the camera too this happened way before the screen broke

If it's a WiFi only model, it won't have an IMEI number or phone number. If it's a 4g model, press *#06# on the dialler.

Hi @CosTina, sorry to hear about what has happened to your Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact.

As @Viridis wrote, if you have the Wi-Fi version of the Z3 Tablet Compact, the device will not have a IMEI number, it will instead have a IDID number. You can find this information on the label tray which you can find inside the SD card slot.

Regarding the cost for the repair, this varies depending on region/market, so I would recommend getting in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further with this.
