z3 glass broken, phone locked.. can't get imei

hello,

my  z3 glass is broken.. i can't type any digit.. so i can unlock it.. can't can't my imei number to fill the formulaire to use sony reparation service..

the soft pc compagnion dosen't detect it because it's lock (via usb)

what can i do ?

Open the SIM cover > pull the white plastic > you should be able to see the IMEI, or check the box.

You can buy a USB OTG cable and use a mouse to unlock the phone.

i pull a white thnig with numbers, model d3303 and a code like xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-x it this the imei ?

I could pull it before sending it to the local support
But when I tried to pull it now, it's stuck inside, I can just move it right and left
