Z3 - forgot PIN

Have a z3 there is unfortunately screen lock pin in it! Pin is no longer known! How do I get it back?

Try the steps in this thread first, but if it didn't work with you then the only way to regain access to your phone is performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Sadly, you'll lose all your data.

If I connect mobile phone with data cable at the laptop and pc companion Open comes blocked device! So I can not do anything

If you decided to go with the software repair, then follow the guide I linked strictly. You should have your phone charged and switched off and connect it to PC only when prompted.

So only pc companion open and repair press and connect mobile phone only when it is required?
