I read so many post on problems people have with synchronising their Z3 to their computers via USB.
I have the same problem.
After so many posts Sony still can’t give an honest answer.
Sony does not have any solution to any of their bugs, ever, because they just don’t bother to fix any bugs.
Read topic on any forum and you will see what I mean. Does Sony come up with bug-fix or solutions?

Sony keeps lying to their clients. Keeps on giving vague answers
Guess Sony hopes someone from the public will come up with a solution that will save them. Pathetic!
See the problem is Sony just don’t care to fix any bugs. Ever.!!
I have reported several bugs in the past about different products and software which never gets fixed anyway.
Sony just don’t care about their customers.
This post will be deleted I guess by Sony itself who can’t bear to hear the truth about their own company.
If I'm wrong then Sony give us a solution to this problem. I dare you.! No you cant or wont give a solution because you dont care and/or you dont know how to solve it.
Z3 to communicate with computers via USB. Windows 10.
The Z3 shows up as unknown device in device manager. No matter if I install the drivers you provide.
