Z3 camera flash beed problem after service Sony denied to replace or repair

Hey guys my 2 week old Xperia Z3 has been in repairs for past 45 days (due to static on the screen) now when i get it back there is a problem with the camera as you can see in the attached photo.
Whenever flash is used the photo turns out to be like hazy and blurred I figured its flash bleed problem because the back glass has not been installed correctly by xperia care which also makes my phone non water resistant because in the service menu the preassure sensor does not show change when the phone is squeezed.

Now when I contact local Xperia care they kept the phone for 5 days did nothing but update software and gave it back to me but the problem remains, they are just not willing to replace the glass back or provide a replacement phone (they just say it is working like it should even when they look at these photos) I get a reply "Sir there is no hardware problem with the phone flash makes photos appear like this" seriously **bleep**! what am I supposed to do now? What is the use of Warranty when you cant fix a simple problem or provide a new replacement phone? I have not got a chance to use my brand new Z3 since past 2 months. Its a real shame because now Z3+ is out making my phone dated.
I've owned almost all the Sony Xperia flagships starting from X10 this is the first time I've had any problems and Sony isnt able to fix it! Is there someone senior from Sony who I can talk and explain my problem to? Can someone here help?

I want to try that but really hesitating to because its still a brand new phone, I remember that was the issue with the Z1 compact? didnt Sony replace those faulty phones?

Agreed, its slightly buldging from top, if i run my finger over then lens i can feel the rings arent flat. By the way do yo think Sony should have replaced the rear glass after service? I've read somewhere that leftover adhesive can prevent the pannel from fitting properly.

If someone has closeup shot of the camera of their Z3 please do post it here! I'd like to see.

Thanks for the link, ill write in to them tomorrow but I doubt they will be of any help because talking directly to Sony service centres did not help! They can clearly see what the problem is but keep giving me absurd answers like "its a software problem" "we will have to wait for a software update"

If you can, stop by, so you can show them how it's supposed to look, also, they might have another Z3 that you can compare it with.

Hi uliwooly I did show them a few pictures, they said its normal and its flash reflecting off the wall LOL also they said its software processing problem on Z3 and that I have to wait for update from Sony.. seriously they are so incompitent.

Now ive taken some more photos with my Nokia phone to show them how photos are supposed to be when the flash is used in darkness, I doubt they will listen but its worth a try.

You can clearly see there is something very wrong with my Z3's camera which should be much better than the one on Nokia phone and its definitely not a "software issue" or any "reflection" as claimed by Xperia care's technician.

As you say, the information you got is not correct. This is not a software issue and your phone needs to be repaired or replaced. Please contact your local support team if you haven't already and explain the issue and attach these picture so that they can assist you.

Thanks Rickard, but ill be contacting Sony's regional head office seeking an appointment with a higher ranking official seems to be the only way, also ill drop in a mail to the local support just for the sake of it, meanwhile I've paid the Sony service center but they seem to be bent on not replacing the phone, with the comparison given able their technician replied "This is a different brand phone photos will be different because of the SCREEN" seriously?? These idiots are spoiling the reputaion of Sony brand!

This picture was shot by the technician at Sony service center which he claimed to be flawless but you can clearly see the white halo on the right side of the picture
