Z2 stops responding after using for several hours

After updating to the latest version (23.1.A.1.28), sometimes during using the phone it suddenly stops responding starting from the home button then the desktop icons & the app drawer also don't respond and can't even switch to other home screen pages.

After restarting the phone, it works fine for some hours and then it happens again.

This happens at least twice a day.

I tried repairing by pcc and the same problem returned again.

This never happened on Kitkat.

Is this a common issue (should I flash kitkat to solve it)?

Please help.

After trying uninstalling apps one by one and trying the phone for a while after each uninstallation, it's clear that the problem is caused by (Trigger app) and I have the pro version which allows using of geofence option (location based tasks) and this causes the phone (Sometimes) to stop resopnding.

I hope the app developers to solve this problem.

Thanks Quester for support.

Try restarting into Safe mode and test if it happens there too:

This doesn't happen just after restarting the phone, it takes several hours of use so it's not easy to stay on safe mode for a complete day to test this.

It might be an app behaving wierd, and Safe mode will give us a hint if this was the case. The other option is harder which is Repairing the phone with PCC and leave it for a day without 3rd party apps.

By the way do you have any task killers, antivuruses, cache cleaners, RAM managers, etc?

Yes, I have greenify & AVG antivirus but no task killer or ram booster.

I can list you all the apps installed if this will help solving this frustrating problem.

Thanks

Just begin with AVG and Greenify, try to uninstall or disable them for a couple of days and see if it makes a difference.

so you think it's due to an installed app not a problem with the operating system (not a common problem with z2 lollipop)?

It might be, but we can't generalize. At the moment I'm trying with you to figure out what is the problem exactly. I have Lollipop on my Z3 and I don't suffer from these symptoms. You PC might crash a lot at some point, but this doesn't mean that it's caused by the current version of Windows, for example.
