Z2 3g/4g error

i have Xperia z2 5.1.1 D6503 and i have 4g sim but i can get only 3g signal i have reset mi apn setings and turn on 4g mod... But i thinck its only nottification bar error (when i stress test net speed on 3g and 4g netvorg i get much more speed on 4g) but in notifbar it still says 3g.

Yes Belgrade (Serbia) is coverd with 4g lte... mts (mobilna telefonija srbije) is the provider how do i check compatibility with network 4G LTE bands ?? Im new to this stuff im sorry

how old is your SIM card? is it a NANO SIM card?

Its old 3 days i recentli changed to get 4g.. Its micro sim

Contact your network/carrier, perhaps they haven't activated 4G LTE on your account.

The provider didnt enable 4g on that new... I fix it today in mts centar ... Thanks for support ❤️
