Hi Sony, I have this xperia z5 premium phone for an year an half, but something unexpected happended today. I had my phone in my trousers and while I was rushing for my work, I was actually putting on my shoes and when I got up and pulled my mobile from my pocket, It was bent and screen cracked badly. Did someone over here had this type of issue with their xperia z5 premium.
I am completely devastated with this and eventhough the screen is cracked the touch doesn't respond as well. I have most of the data in my phone much concerned with the privacy, Is there any solution to retrieve the data or erase it and any info on how to put call forwarding to an another number because I can not access the phone.
I am really shocked this phone is so delicate its metal plating is not strong enough to hold the screen.
