Hi. I have been having major issues transferring any type of file between my computer and my phone. For some reason, every time I plug my phone in to access music files, for example, the file explorer stops responding then crashes. Every single time. It's driving me insane, I've been trying to get access to put one album onto my phone for over an hour now. Please help.
