Xperia Z3 unlocked in Mexico?

 Hi guys! I come to you since I couldn't find another way to ask this. I'm planning on buying an X3 LTE from the U.S. Sony Shop since it's cheaper than buying it in Mexico. What I need to know is: will it work on Mexican carriers? I hope someone from the support staff can help me out to clear that question. Thank you in advance

That is true, even unlocked phones in Mexico are network dependant (Telcel) to approve and release the updates.

But there is no network dependance on an unlocked USA Xperia Z3, right?

The US version its unlocked, unless you buy it from T-mobile USA
