Xperia Z3 Stamina issue

Hello

My screen keeps turning off every 3 seconds even when using my phone. I tried extending the sleep time but regardless of the time chosen it turns off the screen within 3 seconds.

I then turned off Stamina mode and it seems to be fine now. But now my battery will die faster without stamina mode. The long lasting battery is why I chose an Xperia Z3.

What needs to be done so I can keep Stamina mode on but have my normal sleep setting?

So what you are saying is that after you enable stamina and the device goes to sleep,it restarts ?

While stamina is enabled the screen turns off every 3 seconds regardless of what I doing on the phone. The screen should only time out after the set time of 30 seconds and only if I am not touching the screen.
I was able to turn off stamina mode and it has resolved the issue. But now stamina is off and will kill the battery quicker.

Try the following: disable stamina mode, go to settings-apps-all-stamina,force stop and clear data. Restart the device.

This seems legit.

But it would appear after doing this I no longer have to use stamina option.

I'm getting 2 different predictions about battery life? Is this normal for the z3?

You will get a battery life prediction with and without stamina.
