Xperia Z3 radio not working - No sound output

When I plug in my earphones, there is no sound output from the FM radio. Walkman app works fine so its not the jack or earphones. The FM app shows that the radio is on but there is no sound. I really don't want to factory reset..is there any other way to fix? Thanks.

Settings-apps-all-look for radio app,force stop and clear data. Restart and try again.

Turn off Ok google from any screen, that should solve your issue.

That could work too, disable google now as uli says. Also,take a look here:

Turning off "Ok Google" is still a workaround, Sony has to fix this in the next software update

GEINUS ! i been trying to figure out all week why my headphones would not work on radio app and BINGO just go into google app go settings and turn off easy when u know ,but seriously SONY this is major fault so cant use radio when voice recogniction is on cmon sony fix this,and thanks Body fr ur help
