Xperia z3+ E6533 showing up only 16 GB storage instead of 32 GB

I am seeing a strange issue on my xperia z3+ E6533 device. It suppose to have 32GB storage. After repairing it through PC comanion only 16GB internal storage is showing up. I am using this phone for 9 months now and till now it has 32GB. Not sure how to fix and what to check. I havenot tried any unofficial updates or custome roms. All the updates I have on my phone are officially pushed by sony through software update.  If any one come across this situvation and have a solution please help me.

This is very strange indeed. I wonder if the firmware did not install correctly. Can you please try run another software repair using Xperia Companion?

I have done that for 3 times in last 2 days, with no success. Do still think unning it again (4th time) will make a diffrence? If so I can spend another 1 hour on it and do it again.  Below are the version details on my phone currently, if that can help to suggest something new..

From phone -> settings -> about phone.

I have just tried a factory data reset. Once it is done, storage is showing correctly. Now it shows 32 GB. And firmware , baseband other details are still remain as above.

i had the same issue. i did a factory data reset and it showed 32 gb again
