Xperia z3 camera lens foggy

I washed my xperia z3 and the camera lens both front and back are now foggy.there are even little droplets of water.please tell me how can i resolve this issue.

I had water damage in my Xperia Z3, and for what I had investigated there are lot of people with the same problem, check youtube.
In my opinion there might be a DESIGN FLAW with the waterproof in the Z3.

Customer service sent me a new unit, the problem is that staying without phone, even if it is for one week, is very inconvenient
