Hello, how i can safe or do back up, my apps data, i mean history, accounts and all other information.  Want to use new z5, but would like to use all apps from old z3.

Hi @Vlad3,

You can do a backup using Xperia Companion and then transfer the backup to your new Xperia device.

It is also possible to move personal data to a new Xperia device using a app called Xperia Transfer. You can download it from Google Play Store on your Xperia Z3. If you Xperia Z5 is updated you can find the app under: Settings > Backup & reset > Xperia Transfer Mobile

Is it possible to backup application data, for example simple Whatapp,  can i save all log and chats history with companion software.?

I know how to transfer contacts, media files it is easy, like you say xperia transfer will do it. What about application,  or even games how to transfer them? With all data?

Xperia Companion software, don't do applications backup, actually it is same like xperia transfer. So can tell another way, application backup for sony xperia z3 compact?

You can try to backup your apps using the function Xperia Backup & Restore. You can find it if you go to: Settings > Backup & reset > More > Manual backup > Select storage > Online account / SD card / USB device > Back up.

This will do a backup that includes your apps.
