Xperia Z3+ Android N Over-heating and Processor Perfomance Questions

Hello! Found out that any perormance monitoring tool like CPU-Z or CPU Monitor displays 4 cores out of 8 ALWAYS shut down - "CPU 4,5,6,7 stopped". Does not matter whether filming 4K or launching Antutu 4 cores displayed dead. (BTW 4K usually is not possible longer that a minute due to overheating). 

Why? 

This is not just for idle interest. I indeed disapointed with my phone because of overheating and draining battery.

Same problem here. Sometimes it overheats so much that I expect it to blow up. It's brand new, but it acts worse than my old Z2. Shouldn't this one be faster?

My phone gets overheated even when I dont use it or when I use it lightly. Today I felt there is a fire in my pocket since my phone was there with no serious action. I also checked, CPU activities with CPU-Z and also observed 4 cores are labled as Stopped. This much of overheating has started abour 2 weeks ago and I guess it's due to a update or firmware. Is there any way to undo latest update of the phone?
