please someone help me,I've had the Z1 for 10 months and it was a wicked phone the best I've ever had, then for some unknown reason the phone went dead.I had no power or anything,so i took it to vodafone who had a look at it and returned said phone un repaired, saying there was internal damage therefore they will not repair it.The handset itself is immaculate, kept in a rubber silicon protective case with no marks on it.Surely if a part had broken inside there would be visible sign of damage?.
Can Sony help me,
regards Mal

You should contact xperia care:

But since you have got your phone from Vodafone, they have your warranty.

Great.
you should not have to sent the phone off to be repaired, the phone should have been working fine in the 1st place, if the phone is broken inside, and not on the out side, it means you did not course the issue, which means its a manufacturing fault, sony mobile have to by law fix that kind of stuff, if i ever have this happen to mine, with in the next 4 to 3 years from now, i will be sending my phone back to sony mobile, something should last a acceptable amount of time, which is 5 years,
