Xperia z ultra just stopped working

I have had it for 2 days and when I went to go use it today the screen randomly flickered a bunch and then it went dark, I tried turning it off, and it viberated, I'm not sure if it actually got turned off or not, but I'm not sure on what to do.

Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds then put it on charge for around 2 hours then unplug from the charger and try turning back on

I googled how to recet it, and got it fixed, I hope it doesn't happen again.

i can't open mine to i done every thing reset from thhe red putton and holding power putton with volum key 
and it started working after 4 days  
and then did not aceepet any charging  and died again for 3 days can't open it either updated it or rest it what aheck

There is a file named chargemon that a user delete by accident after success rooting.
After that no more offline charging.
