Xperia Z killing RAM and dies 5 minutes after switching on

Hi there:

I've been reading different posts about the battery issue with Kit Kat in Xperia Z models. Since last update, my battery life was diminished to 5 hours in stand by mode and was running very slow. Consquently, I decided to follow recommendations of reseting my mobile using PC companion but it didn't work. Then, as other post recommended I used SUS but my problem still continued. The only way to turn on my mobile again is performing a cold start procedure.

I decided to check the services runing in my mobile after installing PC companion and SUS. I found that after 5 minutes of just turning on (not runing any extra services or activating anything else, even Wi-Fi and data were swithced off) the memory RAM went to 0 available and the phone started to work erraticly until dies.

To be honest, I'm starting to feel quite disappointed and frustrated with this issue. I'd love to return to 4.3 but I don't want to void my warranty using flashtools. In summary, I would like to return my mobile to 4.3, definetely kit kat is killing my phone, I'm not happy with its performance. Where can I find the official FTF that won't void my warranty? If this doesn't work, how can I calim for warranty? Thanks for your help an support. I'm adding some images showing how after 5 minutes runing RAM is gone.

3 minutes after swtiching on 445 MB free and services runing.

After 5 minutes of switching mobile on. RAM 0 and services restarting.

I appreciate any help and advice in this matter.

Hi there everyone:

Just to let you know that I found the problem. I don't know why but the SD card was causing the problem. I have got a 32 GB SD card which was 25% full. When I started the phone, the RAM was totally consumed. But when I removed the SD card left 600 MB of RAM available. It was quit weird, I check my card and was reading properly from my Mac. I did a full format and know is working properly.

I'm wondering if Kit Kat and Sony don't support 32 GB cards?

Cheers!
