Xperia Z C6603 stopped working suddenly refuses to work

My phone suddenly stopped  working and when I put it in the charger does not lights up
When I try to run the machine 03 times light the red balloon and refuse to work , I tried pressing the power button and volume up for re-prepared Nothing but refuse to work, what is the solution please

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let the phone charge for 2 to 3 hours > then repeat the update process with PCC
