I had to do some bug hunting, and found out that after reboot from safe mode pinned widgets (here: Sony calendar, Sony Gallery, WeatherPro) were gone, and dropbox account was deleted. I've read in this forum, the phone (Z5P, btw.) will return into normal operation mode after reboot, but this is not the case.
I did some research, same issue see: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-C3/after-safe-mode-reboot-home-screen-widgets-don-t-load/m-p/10...
Can you please add this issue into FAQ?

My point is, I want this ("app data cleared when booting in safe mode, which removes widgets on home screen and deletes several account data") added to the FAQ concerning safe boot mode. I've never mentioned that apps are deleted.
Yes. No SD card in use, Build-Nr. 32.0.A.6.170, E6853
Thanks for the feedback and i'm very sorry in case you've lost any data
Safe mode should not affect app data but as you say, you may need to add widgets again. I have added this information to the FAQ.
Safe mode may also remove accounts that belongs to 3:rd party apps. Some apps will just add it back when you start the app but some apps may require you to sign in again in the app. I added this information as well.
Thanks again for pointing this out!
Thank you!
