Widget Colours in Quick Settings & Power Off Screens

Just purchased Z3 Compact but cannot get used to lack of colour on these and Notification screen after using Samsung Galaxy range. Can the white widgets and/or screen backgrounds be changed?

Okay, thanks. It seems an oversight as they are already in colour elsewhere. One up to Samsung.
