Why I can't pull my notifications bar?

It's been 3 days that I can't pull this  notifications bar. Sorry if I'm too offensive but actually it really makes me angry. I can't pull the notifications bar and I didn't do anything. Everyone on the internet says that I should hard reset and Sony says this: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-Ion/Detailed-Software-Repair-Instructions-using-Pc-Companion-Wi...

Well, none of them helped me. I have done a lot of things for this:

1. Factory reset.

2. Just as sony told me on facebook.

3. Removed softwares.

4. Updated it to latest software.

5. Searched for solution.

6. Nothing happens.

So I'm here ad I want some of you guys to help me pulling this thing (Notifications bar) down. I didn't do anything wrong, I did everything as usual. Once, I used USB debugging and it effected my phone that my screen started to go berserk. It opened different apps without my command (I didn't anything), it started to open different apps, since then I can't use my phone charging. I have anti-virus and I scanned for viruses but there is no virus in my phone. So please help me.

The darnedest thing happen:
The notification pull down failure syndrome struck my z3 fo abt 13 hrs,as of morning today.
I was about to heat up my dinner, placed the phone above my activated microwave and i was watchin screen:- it went haywire glitchy fo a while then the pull down went back to normal!
No harm tryin that-give it a shot

I have exactly same problem. I tried everything also but in vain. And that happened after USB-charging from pc.

Been having this problem for the past few weeks.. No idea what's causing it but tried multiple ROMs and nothing seems to fix it. Starting to think that hardware is the cause.

Hi Sony,

Same problem here with my Z3 Compact. Started after 1 year of use. What to do?

Same problem here. I'm sure its software problem. Coz it works in the locked screen but not in the home screen after unlock.

Just received a notification to update the system today. But problems still there after updated. So disappointed with Sony.

I pressed enter on accident, however. By rotating the screen and having the screen on auto rotation, pull the bar down, do not flick it back up and then tilt your phone back to portrait position and the status bar should stay down. I have the same problem on the original Z experia and this is how im coping for now.

So have we got solution for this? I've been having the issue since 2 days ago (z3c). Same issue worked fine in landscape and locked screen. Pretty sure this is software issue rather than hardware.

Its amazing that Sony didnt release a patch for this issue considering that lots of users already complained about this. It is as if Sony had given up..
