I have problem with the screen lock ... I want to cancel the lock and I want to set it on swipe but my phone tell me this ( swipe: disabled by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage)

Why??? What is the problem???

You could use the search option on the forum and you would find this has been answered multiple times:

Go to Settings -> Security -> Clear credentials
