when in water

Hi All,

I just want to ask if you guys have the same experience that when i put my Z1 under the faucet and let the water run thru the LED, the screen is flicker like its acting very strage and you cant barely do anything (go to any apps or camera) coz when i tap something it will just change into something coz the entire screen is flickering/doing something....

I havent done submerging the phone entirely and see whats the reaction but yea under running water this whats happening to my phone. Is this normal? do you guys have the same experience when you put your Z1 in to running water and you cant do anything?

I just had my Z1 3 days ago and I notice this already on day 1 and siince I bought this phone coz of the water proofing/resistance and if I cnt use it then ill replace it with another brand instead.

This is a normal behavior of this phone underwater, at least me and all my friends owning this faces the same problem.

Well I guess it happens due to the multi-touch functionality of the screen, please correct me if that's not the case.

Use shutter button on the side to click and record underwater.

When the unit is out of water and wet, press the power button give a shake to the phone and your screen might start working normally again.

That is what I do!

thanks man! thats what i notice also anyway prolly that button shutter button) prolly that shutter button is there for some reason (specially under water)

hi guys. 

i submerged my z1 under water, and when i got it out and whiped it dry, i noticed that the speaker was very silent and when making a phone call, the person who i was talking to had problems hearing me.

anyone else got this problem?
