Hi @020988,

Are you able to connect any other devices to your Xperia Z3 via USB OTG, a USB flash drive as an example?

It can't be connected with an USB flash. What's wrong with it? 😞

That's strange. You are able to connect your phone to a PC and transfer files?

Could you try connecting an OTG device while your phone is in safe mode?

My phone can connect to a PC. It is charged & files can be copied as normal.

I also test while my phone is in Safe mode. It (OTG cable with an USB flash) didn't work.

The OTG cable is again tested with an other Sony device (connect to an USB flash) - it work.

Should i disable or enable the USB debugging? i tried both way but i didn't work.

In that case I suggest that you perform a software repair using PC Companion with the help of a PC. Click the blue link and you will get a step-by-step guide on how to perform the software repair.

Thanks Mr Christofer for your support,

I have just performed a Software repair using PC companion. After repairing, my phone still can't connect to an USB flash. the USB flash is formated in FAT32. Is there any problem with Hardware device?

At this point you have tried most of what you can try on your own. I suggest that you get your phone examined further at one of our authorised service centers. Contact your Local support team for information on how to proceed from here.
