Touch screen problem

I got my Xperia z3plus a year back. I have problems operating alphabet c, t and question mark. I ran a diagnostic test on my phone and it seems to be fine. Still I have issues using those alphabets. Can someone guide me!

Can you test your phone in safe mode and see if you still have the same issue?

Can you try the following, go to settings > apps > three vertical dots in the top right corner > show system > Xperia Keyboard > force stop > storage > clear data

If that does not work, try a software repair using Xperia Companion.
