Touch screen problem.

I can not pull down the taskbar section at the top of the screen. It is insensitive to the touch of a 3 mm section of paint from the top of the screen. I do not know how it came to this situation, there is no physical deformation on the screen due to impact. I set the device to software factory settings, but it has not improved. Sometimes it heals itself spontaneously  What can be done?

Él hizo este test en el mismo celular. Se trata de hacer un recorrido sin levantar el dedo empezando por abajo. En esta captura de pantalla se puede ver que hay una columna que no detecta el paso de  un día a otro.

Puede ayudarme, por favor?

Me crea mucho problema en el teclado al usarlo. Desbloquear, recibir llamadas, etc.

Sony care in Ljungby consider that my Z3 is crap due to Sony's bad glue for the screen. Frame and back are ok and I could make phone calls and surf with it before sending it to Ljungby. Sony care wants to sell a "new" Z3 for $500.
