Touch screen problem.

I can not pull down the taskbar section at the top of the screen. It is insensitive to the touch of a 3 mm section of paint from the top of the screen. I do not know how it came to this situation, there is no physical deformation on the screen due to impact. I set the device to software factory settings, but it has not improved. Sometimes it heals itself spontaneously  What can be done?

To help identify if this is software or hardware I suggest trying to perform a diagnostics test on the device. Please see the instructions below.

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Touch Screen.

Let me know what the result is.

I did the test you mentioned earlier. The upper part does not work as a 3 mm line.

Since update last week 1 cm on left vertical not working, I've tried everything
