Touch screen no longer working properly

Hello, my touch screen does not work properly for a few days. It did not suffer any shock and I followed all the instructions of your site until the repair via Companion but nothing does. I deduce that this is a problem of quality of the touch panel. What solutions can you bring?

Based on what you have explained, if you have completed the software repair using Xperia Companion and are still experiencing issues I would advise getting in contact with your Local support to arrange a repair.

J'ai contacté le service, c'est due à la mauvaise qualité de vos appareils, il s'agit bien d'un vice caché, mon appareil (en parfait état) n'étant plus garantie, Sony veut me facturer un nouvel écran, comme si le prix initial du téléphone n'était pas assez élevé. On nous vend très cher des produits de mauvaise qualité et il faut qu'on paie.... On nous prend vraiment pour des pigeons. Merci Sony !!!
