I have seen that Android 5.1.1 Is full of crashes And bugs so i would like to return to the older version 5.0.2

Yes, downgrading does not require nor root neither unlocked bootloader.

Although, need to be careful that on some markets not having the latest firmwre update might mean warranty is void. So please contact your Local support .
