HI,my Z3 Dual is stoppted suddenly.I connected it to cheger for half hour but it does'nt power on!

Can you keep the device in safe mode and see if the same problem occurs? Sometimes 3rd party apps can cause this:

i was trying to hard reset the phone but it just vibrate and never make a move or a sound or a light a at all i tried all the sovles about power and volumes thing but nothing happened

Actually I had my z3 for 4 month suddenly came this sudden shutdowns act.i tried almost everything from factory reset, software repair, updating,pressing force restart button and nothing actually worked for me. But you can activate stamina mode and disable the charge optimization option in about phone it worked for me,hopefully works for every one as well.

My Z3 keeps showing the spiraling sony signia without finishing switching on. how best can it be fixed.

The phone of my father had exactly the same issue. It was plugged in for charging and did not react anymore. Reset, etc. did not work, charging phone did shine red for more than 24h and phone did not do anything anymore. 

We have sent the 6 month old device to the service in Switzerland and they accuse us for having done a hardware change and reject the warranty work and want 471 CHF from us (see letter in german - note, this phone was unpacked and used by my 65 year old father knowing as much about smart phones as I do about quantum physics)

Dear Sony, how can this happen that we even have to defend ourself for a product that is buggy? Its unbeliveable how bad the service of Sony is in Switzerland.
