Sound very low

Hi, my z1 used to be give amazing quality in earphones but now suddenly what happened , sound is coming so low that I can't even hear properly both in Walkman and movies. any solution how to bring back the old high volume back? please help

Clear data for sound enhancements under settings-apps-all and force stop.Restart.

I had this problem, you have to clean up your earphones after many months using it.
